of course! :) i answered both of these before, but if you didn’t see them here are the answers again! (sorry if this post is pretty long haha!!!)
for feet:
1) you can have someone sit on them, which isn’t that safe but we did it all the time in moscow haha
2) you can use the Thera band to strengthen your insteps
3) you can use a couch or a door, put you toes as far as the go underneath, then try to straighten your knees (this works very effectively, but you might want to wear puffy socks or put a towel or something between your toes and the furniture because it hurts a bit on the joints)
4) you can sit on your own feet
5) you can use a foot stretcher
I’m sure there are more ways, but these are the only ones I’ve tried haha :
for turnout:
this is my favorite stretch personally, but it’s very intense and you need two people for it:
the first person lays on their back, with their legs open to grand plie in second position and their feet on the wall. the second person just stands on their knees, so that they touch the ground (it’s best to do this with a chair or near the barre so that they can ease up if the stretch is too intense. you sit like this for around a minute. then, if you want to make it harder, you can put something under your bum, so your hips are off the floor, and when you stretch it’s past second position.
another way is just to sit in the frog position. i used to put a movie on every evening, and just sit in frog the entire time! it is very painful, but it helped me a lot!
hope this helps love!! xx best of luck!!! :)
